Ballenito Extended Warranty — Terms

Coverage period: 2 years from the original purchase date for Ballenito battery‑powered water pumps purchased in the United States.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, household use.
During the warranty period we will replace the product with a new unit.

What is not covered

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or commercial use.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
Consumables (e.g., charging cable) beyond manufacturer defects.

How to obtain service

Contact us at warranty@ballenito.com. We may ask for your order number, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not return products without instructions from us.
